Not unusual at all: The progestins hormones in Nexplanon subdermal implants had worked by preventing you from ovulating and what you just experienced after the implant was removed is not unusual; it may take you several weeks (and up to several months) to resume normal ovulation and to have a normal regular menstrual cycle. If your pregnancy tests are negative, there is really no cause for alarm
