Spleen top normal, length about 13cm" on a abdomen ct scan. three weeks later a chest ct scan indicated is mildly enlarged. did it grow in 3 weeks?

Spleen size: My sense is that there is no significant difference in the spleen noted on these 2 studies because of different views, but a radiologist could compare the studies for you to be surer. If the spleen is determined to be enlarged a hematologist could be consulted to look for infectious mononucleosis or other hematologic pathology.
