I went to the er 7 days ago due to intense belly cramping, bloating, &the inability to pass wind and still have fever. ct scans show perfect gut, but mildly enlarged spleen/liver. doc said i'm ok for now, it's a bug.what signs can indicate worsening?

You were “OK for now” but now it’s a week later and unchanged. Need to see a Gastroenterologist to determine reason for? enlarged liver and spleen and ongoing symptoms.
