Take it easy: This may be from straining your abdominal muscle . You will need to give it a rest until the inflammation subsides. Heating pad and NSAID may help. In the future, increase the intensity and duration gradually and give it a day in-between for recovery.

Work outs: When we first start to use muscles in a way they are not being used to they can feel painful. Gradually they adjust. Please see your doctor to make sure all is well and then gently continue. A certified trainer at a gym can create an appropriate workout plan for you. Peace and good health.
