Yes: People with eczema need plenty of cream, several times a day, to keep their dry skin moisturized. Commonly used creams in the US include CeraVe, Aveeno, Cetaphil, Eucerin, Nivea, etc... Such creams are "plain creams," "non-medicated," which means they do not contain hydrocortisone, skin antihistamines, nor skin anesthetics. Some medicated creams are also needed, but usually for short-term use.
