Try Cortisone Cream: In many cases, eczema will often respond to a cream or even more so to an ointment made with cortisone like Cortaid otc. Try this first and if not working i would consult your doctor to help diagnose this rash. Fyi, also sometimes an "eczema" rash can also be a sign of a chronic undiagnosed allergy to environment or even food like wheat as well. A moisturizing bath like aveeno (oatmeal) helps too.

Make sure its eczema: If you are using eucerin regularly and it isn't helping your eczema, you may have something other than eczema. If you haven't been evaluated by a doctor recently i would recommend that you go. If you have an it is still not helping, you may need something stronger. You might also seek a referral to a dermatologist (skin specialist) for a second opinion.
