What to do if i got eczema and makes the rashes worse. is there any fake tans that are good for sensitive skin?

Fake tans: contain DHA or dihydroxyacetone. They don't necessarily make your eczema worse but if your eczema is active it can pick up funny in those areas of your rash. I like to mix over the counter fake tanners with gentle lotion (something you find makes your eczema better) with the tanning lotion, to reduce irritation.
