I have a sun spot or two that is slowly changing in size and texture. i do want to see a dermatologist if not necessary due to costs. are you able to identify if it needs further investigation or if i am worrying for no reason.

Be aware: While if images are optimal then perhaps a remote consultation may be adequate. But to be honest, pigmented lesions that may be changing are often difficult to adequately image and often benefit from a visualization technique known as dermoscopy which requires very specific technology.
