It depends: On the paper it looks like your free t3 close to the double the amount of normal range of free t3. So it needs to be reduced to the 4.2 pg/ml . In order to do that i think your prescriber should decrease the dosage of the daily thyroid hormone supplement to you. You prescriber also to take into account your symptoms while trying to bring down your free t3 level.
