It is okay: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your thyroid function tests are within normal limits.

Your tsh: is low and needs to be repeated, along with a freet4. The rest of the thyroid tests are unnecessary. It could be thyroiditis or hyperthyroidism, but until rechecked, it's not OK.
