Not hyperthyroidism: Hi. The classic picture of hyperthyroidism is suppressed (usually undetectable) TSH and elevated free T4 and T3 (liothyronine). The "normal range" is determined as the 95% confidence interval where normal values lie, and by definition, excludes 5% of normal values. Your only value in the "hyper" range is the free T4, but it's just outside normal, and could easily be one of the 5% of normals outside the norm rang
