Extra oral bone in mandible area 45 what can this be?

Dr. Joel Teig answered

Possible sebaceous : When you say extra oral, I assume it is under the skin on your face. In this area, growths, such as sebaceous cysts are not uncommon. They can be very firm or soft. Minimal pain associated is common. Have the area examined by an Oral and maxillofacial surgeon, ENT doctor or general surgeon. A biopsy initially would be common.
