Worried about what?: If you are worried about catching a disease from bone grafts, do not worry. There are strict protocols on all of the materials used for bone grafting to insure this does not happen.

Depends: I'm not sure what you mean by 'worried'. The issue depends on how much bone grafting you require. The more bone needed, the more involved the procedure. This doesn't mean that the procedure will be less successful. Speak to your implant surgeon about your concerns.

Worry?: What factors are you worried about? Very safe, predictable procedure. Best bet is to seek guidance by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon. These docs have by far the most training and experience with bone grafting of the jaws.
