Suggestions: I would advise avoiding over the counter Sinumax and instead consider nasal saline, fluids, Tylenol for fever and throat lozenges for a sore throat. A calcium and vitamin tablet should be fine. Avoid secretion contact with the baby, continue to breast feed, but you can wear a mask. Use good hand washing and clean towels daily.
