Likely a virus: The body aches and headache make virus infections more common and the lack of vomiting is a positive sign that it is not appendicitis However, the fact that it is now 6 days is concerning Pain in that part of the belly always makes one think of appendicitis I think it is a good idea to be seen by a doctor again if the fever lasts over 7 days, if activity level remains low and if not eating
