Can happen: platelets count is affected by inflammation anywhere in our bodies, so this variation is expected, so long it falls within the normal range, best wishes

10 Years ago I had two BCR/ABL tests, 1st was done with Multiplex PCR, the result was positive. 2nd BCR/ABL test was done with QRT-PCR, result was negative. CBC: Only platelet is 600, the other blood count is normal. Jak2+ Which test is valid?

Did CBC test a couple of days ago and got the results today. Everything, according to the test is within reference range except for one thing which is Lymphocytes absolute count mine is 3.47 x10/L. Is this normal? Also says platelets are normal.
