10 years ago i had two bcr/abl tests, 1st was done with multiplex pcr, the result was positive. 2nd bcr/abl test was done with qrt-pcr, result was negative. cbc: only platelet is 600, the other blood count is normal. jak2+ which test is valid?

Uninterpretable: Taken out of context, your tests become uninterpretable. The tests you are undergoing are highly specific for chronic myeloproliferative disorders, out of which CML is the most common, with many variants described. Your hematologist would be in the best position to comment on them and place them in the right context in your case.
