Just got my cbc with diff results. ive always say at about a 426 for my platelet counts, and today they rang back at 446. everything else looked normal except my immature g. does this mean cancer? i may have possible endometriosis.. rib pain injury?

Nothing that you have mentioned is concerning for cancer. Please Discuss the results with the doctor that ordered the tests.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, elevated platelet count is a common manifestation of iron deficiency which is not uncommon in women of your age. Take oral iron and multivitamin supplements. Wish you good health!
