Rash: Before treating rash the cause has to be determined. Important that you see your child's General Dentist or Pedodontist (he should have started dental examinations by age 1 to rule out dental-oral causes. Also important that child see Pediatrician to evaluate external causes and to provide alternate treatment for eczema as current treatment ineffective. Referral to a Dermatologist may be in order
