Why even ask ?: If you don't have bowel gas created that you need to release over a few hour period, why would it ever be a problem ? This gas is created by germ action on your undigested food. Some make more than others due to their diet or the germs present. I fail to see where this would ever be considered a problem. If you have a separate medical concern where it might be, please start over & list it.
