Please contact her doctor; she may need to be examined. However, if she is wetting her diapers at least 4-6x/day, she is probably OK. You can try to take her temperature rectally or give her a baby glycerin suppository to stimulate a bowel movement (but don't do that repeatedly). If that doesn't work, definitely contact her doctor.

Breast fed babies can poop a small smear every feed or just fill a crib once a week. Formula kids poop more predictably. If it is soft when they go it is not constipation. Their belly muscles are flabby & soft & they are laying flat,so many must use their fussing/breathing muscles to push poop along. That makes their tummy hard so many assume they are in pain. Have her seen if you wish.
