Sulphur smell: That type of flatulence often comes from sulphur containing foods like eggs and certain vegetables. If you can't pinpoint the offending foods in your case,try taking activated charcoal products. Also reduce intestinal gas by avoiding air swallowing or making yourself burp. Lactose intolerance causes excessive gas also. Taking probiotics help some people with this complaint.
