Very! But...........: If you are an "apple" build, with torso weight and high waisted-very good. If low waisted, with more weight on arms and legs-not as good. Low calorie/low fat may be better in that case. But apples have cholesterol and BP issues and the is no scientific question that low carb trumps low fat in this case!
