Go to the ER: We would need a lot more information to even begin to help you but from what you already describe these are serious symptoms for a 33-year-old female and you should seek help from a doctor right away. Even if its just a urinary tract infection if left untreated you can get much sicker. See a doctor now. If there is an emergency room near you that would be best. Let's hope its something simple.
