Kidney: The answer is a lot of things. But with your history of high blood pressure kidney disease tops the list. Especially if the oily droplets in your urine foam up, it could be a sign of your body losing protein in the urine. This would be a start. But the list also includes thyroid disease, diabetes complications, heart disease, liver disease and others. You should get a full check up.
