Pulling pain in belly button only. worse when i have to pee. urine stream is weak. bb pain gets worse when sleeping on my right side. fetal position mitigates pain. getting up at night to pee (a little) 5+ times, belly button pain wakes me up?

I would consider this a lower urinary tract problem. Although urinary bladder infections are more common in women, men get them also especially if bladder outlet or urethral partial obstruction is present. i recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation, appropriate testing &advice.Prostate exam, Urinalysis with microscopic exam of sediment,culture, colony count are basic starting tests.
