I would consider this a lower urinary tract problem. Although urinary bladder infections are more common in women, men get them also especially if bladder outlet or urethral partial obstruction is present. i recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation, appropriate testing &advice.Prostate exam, Urinalysis with microscopic exam of sediment,culture, colony count are basic starting tests.
