Osteoarthritis: Can try glucosamine+ chondroitin 750 mg twice daily. Your doctor may give analgesics which have side effects.Can use sparingly. Could exercise fingers in warm wax. Physio therapy,occupation therapy can be tried. Tai-chi & yoga also may help.
