I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my progesterone levels are at 69.6. due to previous miscarriage,my gynae put me on utrogestan 200 until 12 weeks. is it ok to come off this then and will my body be able to produce enough progesterone on its own thereafter?

Wait and see: There is no way to predict if your body/placenta will provide enough progesterone at that time to continue the pregnancy. You will have to wait and see.

Yes by about 8-9: Weeks, your placenta will make adequate progesterone. It is fine to even stop the extra progesterone by 10 weeks. Best wishes!
