Obstetrician: Please consult your obstetrician to ascertain if you may need progesterone supplementation. Take prenatal vitamins. You may try to conceive any time you feel ready for it, but it would be prudent to consult an obstetrician before that. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!

Progesterone supps : Women who have miscarriages due to low progesterone levels often need progesterone supplements in order to sustain a pregnancy: OB Dr can advise with that. Some Drs advise waiting a few months till attempting another pregnancy, though it may not be necessary to wait - best to ask OB Dr advice
