22 is fine: In spontaneous pregnancies, if there is also no clinical history of concern. If there is history of unexplained early pregnancy loss you 'could' consider repeating the level, or empiric Progesterone supplements. The problem is there is no consensus about any absolute level - based on factual knowledge - early in pregnancy.
