Bad idea: Unless you are a high level athlete with a specific training program, 3 hours is excessive. Many of the benefits of exercise are lost after passing 45 minutes. Excessive exercise leads to injuries. Rather than exercising longer, exercise smarter. Shorter duration with higher intensity would be better. Change your diet to help meet your goals. Allow time for rest and recovery.
