Can you please explain the good prescription for muscle pain at shoulder?

See details: Shoulder pain has many causes from arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis and rotator cuff issues. You can try aleve (naproxen) or advil but if it persists it needs to be evaluated. Get an orthopedic opinion.

Cervical facet arthr: Muscle tension in the upper back/shoulder is most often related to neck irritation. Either posture or arthritis. A pm&r doc or pain specialist will offer more help than an orthopaedic.
