I'm sorry to hear: this. Your question highlights something many physicians fail to explain to their patients: your body can look perfect, be in perfect alignment, etc., but functionally there are still problems. It is unclear whether something changed/shifted after surgery or whether the probable nerve compression issue causing your leg pain was not addressed in the surgery. Consult a neurologist for diagnosis.
