Should i get a second opinion had a knee injury in 2010. Now it has gotten worse. Had a MRI and doctor says have a tilted knee cap. Tells me to do the same exercises I have been doing for a year and if it doesn't get better he will take another look

Knee not back to normal in 3 weeks after drain/shot may mean a cartilage tear per MD. Drain/shot caused this? I did nothing. I am not paying for MRI.
