right jaw pain. aching right head pain by ear & back of head. dizziness. had ct and mri 2 years ago & was clear. would that have ruled out the worst?

2 years: It's been 2 years. Thing change. Please see both an Oral Surgeon and an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist for reevaluation. It's helpful to be able to compare current data with historical data to search for inconsistencies.
