If i take topamax early in day can i still occasionally take doxylamine (unisom) to sleep at night?

Just be cautious: as the combination may increase risk of CNS depression, despite being spaced out, the topamax has a long half life, i.e. it stays longer in your body, and the doxylamine stays half as much. Good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications.
