I worry all the time and have really bad anxiety. i take celexa 40 mg a day and topamax (topiramate) for mood swings but still worrying like crazy. i can't sleep. what should i do?

Talk therapy: It sounds like someone is prescribing medications for you, but in severe anxiety psychotherapy is a very important part of treatment. The worrying can be helped through tools you can learn in therapy. You can ask your prescribing doctor for a referral. Also there are usefull books to read such as stop obsessing and the mindful way through anxiety -- many exercises there that can help also.

As above: Medication can work 45 percent of time and therapy can work 35 percent of the time , but medication and therapy can work 85 percent of the. Time , see a good therapist.
