Before 4 weeks i had a total abdominal hysterectomy and just now got some brown spots on my painties..its normal??

You're OK: If you mean that the surgery was 4 weeks ago and there is some vaginal spotting of old blood this is normal and expected. As long as you have no fever, worsening pain, urinary symptoms, or vomiting, you should do fine.
