Suddenly after a bowel movement, i have a very constant itchy anus and there seems to be a lumpy haemorrhoid which has swelled up. i have been using creams to help and keep the area clean but it just won't go away, i've had the itch for 4 days now.

See a doctor: Use hemorrhoid cream. Avoid constipation-stool must be soft,not hard. Eat plenty of fiber & drink a lot of fluids- Prune & prune juice can help.Low carbohydrate diet. Itchy anus may be due to pin worms
