Needs exam &culture: Strong smelling discharge needs to be evaluated with a culture and if you are sexually active to rule out STD. The painful urination point towards a Urinary Infection and sore and itchy anus might be due to Hemorroids or anal fissure. I suggest you consult your doctor asap or go to ER and get checked and get appropriate tests and trestment as indicated
