I'm on brilinta and have had bloody bms. gi found blood in stomach, but saw no ulcer and test for bacteria was negative. what could be going on?

Gastritis, ulcer: Sometimes you can have an ulcer or a source of bleeding at the first part of the small intestine. These procedures are also operator dependent, and depending on how much material was in your stomach - it could have been obscuring the source of the bleed.
