Animal protein!: Proteins that are not plant based have proportional amino axcid composition to your body's muscle. Lean fish, poultry, and meat. Milk protein is great, as are eggs. The least expensive supplements are made of whey protein (milk). Don't pay more for "hydrolyzed" proteins (pre-digested into amino acids. The claims they work better are unsubstantiated!
