BPPV can cause: dizziness when turning head due to canalith coming out of their usual location in the inner ear. Canalith repositioning treatment such as Epley maneuver can help. Tingling of the lips is something else. Anxiety triggers hyperventilation and that pushes to much pco2 out decreasing ionized calcium in the blood. Breathing to a paper bag helps.
