Neuropathy symptpms: SNF is small fiber neuropathy, I presume, which has many causes. Metabolic problems may result in myoclonus (or body jerks) and be associated with neuropathy. I would recommend blood tests (such as HgA1c, TSH, CMP, vitamin b12 levels) and a neurology evaluation. Dizziness with head turning can be caused by inner ear or vestibular problems and also needs bedside exam to help assess.
