I currently have a leg ulcer but i need a hip replacement surgery. i cant walk without a walker. first it started with venous stasis eczema then an ulcer formed. how can i fix this so i can get my surgery.

Go to a wound clinic for leg ulcer. If you are over weight start working on reducing. Ketogenic diet & some form of exercise.

The first step would be to find the cause of the ulcer. It would be due to many factors such as diabetes, venous insufficiency. arterial insufficiency or pressure. See a vascular surgeon for a full evaluation so that a diagnosis could be made and a treatment plan instituted. The ulcer should be treated before the hip surgery.
