Get help: Change in BP is not worrisome. Panic attacks do not damage the heart but it makes the pulse rate & BP fluctuate. Get relief from panic attacks. Psychiatrist will put you on medications. Try relaxing techniques like yoga & meditation. Refer Google & drhoffman.com
