My dr has found a hypochoeic mass in my inferior pole of my throat. it is 1.9cm x 0.9 cm x 3.3 cm in size. ive had a hyperthyroid state at 0.34 then it switched to 14.5 in a months time. im on 112mg of levothyroxin now. is the mass worrisome?

Of concern: I assume that this is a solitary thyroid nodule and it requires further investigation in my opinion. I recommend collaboration between a throidologist(or endocrinologist) and a head and neck surgeon to determine whether the next step is a fine needle biopsy,petCT or surgery. Most thyroid nodules in young women are benign,but let the specialists guide you and also plan follow-up.
