Yes: Take Levothyroxine 1 st thing in the morning with glass of water at least 30 minute before any other medicine or vitamins. Levothyroxine absorption compete with other chemicals . Zyrtec is ok ... just wait before you take it or better take it at night . Zyrtec is little bit sedating and night is best time to take it. Sfo k plenty of fluids .
