Benign fatty tumor: (lipoma), cyst, cellulitis or abscess: requires direct observation, examinations , diagnosis and treatment.

Possibilities are: Some possibilities include a pilonidal cyst or abscess, coccydynia.. or inflamation in area of coccyx often due to trauma.. (bruised tailbone). Those are probably a couple of the more common reasons... I would not be too alarmed, but can be painful. It's possible to have something more concerning such as a cancer in this location...(but this is uncommon). I wouldn't get over anxious. Good luck
