fell n march on lower back started feeling weakness n legs. n may started having pain n groin, legs, hip & lower back. mri & xray neg. still n pain y?

See below: Please see your doctor. I suspect you may need to work on strengthening your core muscles but would prefer you do this under your doctors guidance. A referral to physical therapy might be helpful in teaching you the exercises.

Need evaluation back: You also need a back evaluation as well . This can be neurologic or myofascial pain as a part of your complaints. It may not be just one cause.
